“Our company has operated 3 KFS-1420’s for over 3 years now. During that time we have produced over 3.8 million pounds of every profile that these machines are capable of. Everything from 20 gauge 3­5/8 drywall studs to 14 gauge 12” 2­1/2” flanged C-Studs. We find configuring studs and matching tracks in whatever type is ordered is quickly accomplished with these machine’s simple adjustments . Originally, we bought our own machines to capture the savings of producing materials for our panel shops at a wholesale cost, what we found along with that was much better quality control then we were getting from the major manufacturers. The Knudson Framemakers easily produce parts for us within +/­ 1/32”, much better than typical industry standards and critical for the walls we were producing.

Currently we have a new 30,000 sq­foot facility under construction. An expansion revolving around 4 new Knudson Machines, the additional new KF­2014’s will dramatically increase our production. The added profits realized from our original three machines quickly paid for themselves and we have even higher expectations with the opportunities the new machines will provide.
