Roofing Machine Accessories
End Stop Limit Switch
This tool allows the operator to set a limit switch on the run-out tables to automatically stop at a specific length, allowing repeatable cut lengths without a digital batch controller. This accessory is available for all roofing machines.
Expandable Arbor and Stand
This versatile 3,500 lb. capacity arbor can be used with both 16-inch and 20-inch ID coils, up to 30 inches wide.
Oiler Unit
Feeds a thin film of lubricant onto the sheet edges at the entry guides, minimizing galvanization buildup on the rollers.
Pan Benders
Used for eave folds and box folds at the ridge. Available in 12 - 24" wide versions.
Run-Out Tables
This item enables the operator to support long-length pans. Each table and leg combination increases the run-out table length by 7 feet. Standard sets include seven sections allowing you to combine the 7' sections up to 48 feet total. Each table nests within each other to conserve storage space.
Sealant Pump
Hydraulically pumps sealant onto the panel as it is being formed, allowing for variable speed and adjustable bead thickness.
Crane Lifting Eyes
Hoist rings attach to the frame of the machine trailer. They allow the machine to be raised to the roof, where panels are continually formed in place.
